Bob is our family agent. Bob sold our family home of 28 yrs and all 3 kids have bought and sold 1-2 homes. Never an issue the utmost professionalism. Now we are looking at buying a home and I call with questions, request showings and need finance Info and I am never made to feel like I am a bother. We could not be happier with Bob’s work in selling our home. Our goal, as with other homeowners, was to sell our house for the highest net in a reasonable amount of time. We received an excellent offer in 5 days of listing the house in a cooling market at the time (in our opinion). If we had to do it over again we would pick Bob to sell our house. Bob Papke is most likely the finest real estate professional in the entire region! He has an affinity for providing outstanding customer service, has a team that executes every detail imaginable, has a deft understanding of market conditions and delivers results for his clients. Bob exceeded our expectations as our realtor when we sold our property in the Spring of 2019.
