Jennie is an extremely kind, smart, organized, and patient realtor. As a first time home buyer with very niche requirements in a difficult market, Jennie and I talked about and toured a lot of homes. Throughout the process, Jennie never made me feel pressured or rushed to buy home, and I could always tell she had my best interest in mind. When it came to actually making an offer/being under contract, I was very impressed with how knowledgeable Jennie was, and how she was able to think on her feet. She was always available to answer my questions, and was extremely responsive. I loved working with Jennie, and would recommend her to anyone. I am extremely grateful to Jennie for all her hard work and helping me find my dream home.

Jennie listened to our needs and then found us a home that met all of our criteria. Fast. She knew the type of home we sought would sell fast and so when a house came onto the market and was exactly what we wanted, she offered to look at it for us since we lived an hour away and were super busy at work. She knew it would be a highly competitive market and she was absolutely right. Her knowledge of the local community helped us be confident in our offer. Despite many, many other offers, our speed, intent, our clean yet fair offer, made the difference. We're enjoying our new home and enjoy running into Jennie in town! She's a great realtor and a great neighbor.

It has always been my goal to buy a house in the countryside, fix it up, and turn it into a home to start my family. Jennie made this dream come true. She is a great listener hearing what your needs and wants are. In my opinion, no one works as fast or efficient to get you viewing properties that fit your checklist and budget. The first house we looked at together we made an offer and was accepted. Jennie’s many years of experience, strong connections to the community/local experts, and determination give her the best tools and ability to close deals. You want Jennie “in your corner” and “on your team” when you are taking about your hard earned savings and dream house. For every step of the process she was professional answering my questions and fighting for me until every box was crossed off the to-do-list. I am very pleased with the results in about only about one month completing the process together. Thank you Jennie for working alongside with me and helping me achieve everything I have ever wanted and more!

Working with Jennie Castillo was one the best experiences of my life and I am certain that we would not be in our new home had it not been for her tenacity and astute attention to detail. Before we had worked with two other realtors both of whom signed us up for the MLS listing app so we would be alerted of potential listing when they came available but nothing more. I felt as though I was doing all the work looking for a home on the popular websites that everyone using. The housing market in Southeastern Wisconsin for homes in the $300-$400 thousand range is so HOT! These homes are selling in hours so, by the time you see a home on the major sites it would have multiple offers when you call to inquire about it. Jennie made sure we had all our affairs in order, so when we found something, we would be ready and not miss out. Throughout the process she remembered our "must have" and "total deal breakers lists" pointing out defects and potentially costly repairs which made the decision on which house to purchase much easier . We felt her support and commitment to finding us the best home which she did from start to closing in less than 60 days!
