It did not matter the time or the day, Suzy was always available to us and was an absolute pleasure to work with. She made sure to understand exactly what we were looking for in home specs and location. Her personality was pleasant and she always had us feeling like we were her top priority. Her expertise and experience were invaluable. We just cannot say enough good things about how Suzy cared for our home shopping needs. We now consider her a friend and would urge anyone considering a new home to put a call into Suzy to see what she can do for you. Suzy is an amazing Realtor. Her experience, dedication, knowledge and dependability is without a doubt the best in the industry! I would not consider anyone else when looking to sell or purchase a home. She was able to make this stressful process much more enjoyable. It was such a pleasure working with her. It was truly because of Suzy we are in our dream home!

Bought and sold houses with Suzy for second time. For the sale had buyers looking at property before we even listed. Gave honest feedback and pricing opinion. House sold quickly with few issues. For purchase Suzy was available whenever we needed her. Very responsive to our inquires and concerns. Was able to work with other agents to make our transition smooth. We were most impressed with Suzy on our closing date, for both houses. First, the sellers of our home purchase left the house in a disgusting and unacceptable state. We were contemplating not closing on that house until something was done, but Suzy arranged for the house to be cleaned the next morning before we moved in. Suzy also stayed at our sale closing for about 6 hours then delivered the keys and check to our new home! Ran into some other issues with our sellers, before and after closing, and Suzy did a nice job representing our interests and executing our contract. Also a great reference for local contractors/businesses.

Suzy was our savior for the first time home buying process! Not only did she recommend a great lender that could close us on time, she also recommended a painter and educated us all along the way! She was very open and honest and knew exactly what we were looking For and didn't waste our time. She was extremely responsive whether we had questions or wanted to see a house or look at an offer. She was so great. We are so thankful! I highly recommend her!

Suzy was our agent for 2 years. She helped us find our new home and also sell our other home. She was very knowledgeable about the prices of homes selling in our area and helped us price our home to sell. She also offered ideas on how to stage our home for maximum appeal. She explained every stage of the process from signing the listing contract, to accepting an offer and the closing process. She was always available to answer any questions that we had. I would recommend her to anyone who is selling or purchasing a home.
