She was very responsive to our needs and quickly answered our questions and put our the little fires that arise. The marketing of our property was done very well. The broker's open house provided much needed staging insight. She was a straight shooter and provided good and unbiased advice.

Jennifer is obviously very experienced in local real estate. From day one of our listing, she kept us informed of the progress. She appeared to work aggressively and came up with many interested buyers. We probably were tough to deal with as we would not budge from our asking price, which prolonged the process. Nonetheless, Jennifer continued to work hard on our behalf and came up with more interested buyers until she found the right one. In our dealings with Jennifer, we found her to be very responsive, hard working, aggressive, knowledgeable, reliable, and persistent. We definitely would recommend Jennifer to everyone interested in selling their property at or near top price.
