I can't image a better real estate agent than Jennifer Macdonald. She knows the local market better than any other agents I interviewed and she goes the extra mile at every stage of the process. It was a daunting task to suddenly be responsible for selling a family member's house and estate after they died, but Jennifer Macdonald continually brought my stress level down because she had everything covered even in difficult and unexpected situations. She advertised in all the right places, helped me choose the right listing price, and expertly guided me through the considerable paperwork and inspection processes that took place from the time of the offer until the closing date. I sold two properties with Jennifer Macdonald and sold them for more than I expected thanks to Jennifer's expert advice and legwork. Our family was very fortunate to have had Jen as our agent. She sold our old home quickly and helped us find our dream property. With her background in antique renovations and her involvement in the local community, she new exactly what type of property we were hoping to find and how to go about finding it. She even scouted out a home that wasn’t on the market to see if the owner would be interested in selling. Talk about going the extra mile!! As for selling our home, Jen’s marketing of our house got it sold quickly and for top dollar. We couldn’t be happier!

Jen was the perfect agent to work with when we needed help buying our first home. She has so much knowledge, not only of the real estate industry, but of the homebuying process and of what to look for in a property as well! As a result, my husband and I found a home that perfectly suited our needs. Short Sales are not always easy to facilitate, but Jen made us feel confident and advocated for when helping to coordinate with the seller and bank. Jennifer is a real go-getter as well as very customer focused. I listed a condo with her and within two days, she bought me an offer. She has coordinated most of the legal work and kept me informed of progress every step of the way. I highly recommend her for and real estate activities.
