Ricky was patient with me and held my hand theough the entire selling process. I had a lot of questions for him as I do my due diligence and he always responded with enthusiasm. He never made me feel like I was pestering him (even though I probably was!). If you can handle me, you can handle any client!! :)

Ricky was so attentive to my families needs during the selling of our home. He recognized we had small kids and facilitated showings around that. There was constant, open communication with Ricky, we never had to wait for a response. He was honest and helpful and truly invested in us and the sell of our home! He even brought his leaf blower over and blew off our sidewalks before he had the photos taken for listing, who else does that? I very highly recommend Ricky for any realty needs!!!

Very genuine person. Concerned with needs of the client. Always asking what he could do to help make the process easier. Keeps in touch. Very encouraging and reassuring throughout the process. Gives expertly useful advice. Helped steer my decision making in the right direction. Answered my questions frequently and thoroughly no matter the time of day. Possesses an optimistic and confident demeanor that put my mind at ease. Surprised at how available he makes himself to his clients. Could not have expected the level of involvement in selling my home that I experienced. I feel like he "baby walked" me through the entire process, which is what I needed. Assisted with staging my furniture for pictures. Helped move furniture off my property when it was time to move in order to help me move quickly. He really took care of the needs of my family. Just above and beyond from start to finish. Overall, VERY skilled at selling property. Sold my home VERY QUICKLY and for more than asking price!!!! Don't think I could have received such an outcome or experience with anyone else. I remain amazed and thoroughly grateful!!!
