Jennifer was very responsive and closely monitored status of sale from offer to contract to close. Was also helpful in locating repair sub contractors (AC, electric, cleaners, etc. in order to stage house and then prep for the closing walk thru.

Very thorough, although I thought the asking price was a little low, I understood why & trusted her. The house sold in 2 days, $4000 above asking price. A month later some of the competition appears to still be available!

After meeting Jennifer, it took me only two minutes to recognize that Jennifer was a true professional, and I need look no further. During the sale of my property, she proved me right at every instance. Every time I thought of an issue, or had a question, she already had taken care of it or had the answer for me. Always steps ahead. She is a true real estate professional. And that continued after the sale, locating an appropriate new home, and all during the bank process and closing.
