Never use this realtor or this agency. We went to La Puerta realty to find an agent to show us homes in Placitas. Jenisse took us to a home in the process of being built. We said we would like to buy the home but change some things to make it more our own. She and the builder were in agreement to this. The agreement was $25,000 down and the remainder at closing. After Making numerous trips to Placitas and having a final meeting with her and the builder they sent us off to the cabinet granite and appliance stores to pick what we wanted. All was good. We met at a different La Puerta office which was strange. After we returned to Tucson we received an email stating we would have to put down $60,00 and not the agreed upon 25,000. She also wanted an extra $5000 for the builder. We also found out she was the owner of the property which we never knew until she sent the purchase agreement with her name as the seller. She was never working in our best interest but only her own. She never disclosed until the end. She had us meet at LaPuerta Realty when she was really making a sale for herself and Caliente Properties. We contacted Annette the broker and owner of LaPuerta Realty to report the conflict of interest and unethical behavior of Jennise. We had a house ripped out from under us with NO warning after spending a long time planning it. We have tried negotiating with them but they just lie. It was a horrible journey to nowhere that I hope never happens to anyone else. Jennise will not work in your best interest. It is all about her.LaPuerta takes no responsibility. Legally they are responsible for their agents unethical behaviors. A no win situation with these people. Stay away.

Jennise has an excellent command of all the steps involved in the home buying/selling process. Her experience and advice were attributes we could rely on when we were indecisive. Her professional knowledge coupled with her friendly personality and familiarity with the local market makes her THE best choice for a realtor.

Jennise is a true professional and a pleasure to work with. Always ready to answer questions and provide research necessary to make informed decisions. Her ability to do everything with a smile and a laugh are the sign of someone at ease in their profession. I recommend Jennise anytime I have the opportunity. Having both purchased a home and sold another with Jennise I can say with confidence that there is no one who works harder!

Jennise is very knowledgeable of the Placitas area. She was very helpful to us in selling our house. She help smooth out the process despite a difficult realtor on the buyers' side.

It was a most helpful and rewarding experience to have Jennise as our real estate agent. My husband was seriously ill at the time of the sale and and she was extremely co- operate in working with our sons and negotiating with various contractors in getting all the work finished and approved in a most timely manner. Her experience and knowledge in our signing with the title company was impressive and we are very grateful for the personal interest she had with us.
