WOW ?? I can't begin to express how incredible it was to work with Mr. Jeremy Allen. After a disappointing experience with a previous agent in another state, Jeremy was a breath of fresh air. His professionalism, dedication, and willingness to go above and beyond for his clients are truly exceptional. Buying a home in a new state could have been overwhelming, but Jeremy made it the best experience I’ve ever had. His attention to detail, superb negotiating skills, and genuine commitment to meeting my needs were unmatched. He listened carefully to what I wanted and needed, and even when he couldn’t personally attend a listing, he ensured I was well taken care of. Jeremy’s client-first approach is something I deeply value, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to my family and friends. He made such a positive impression that I would gladly work with him again, even if it means selling or buying another house just to have the opportunity to experience his exceptional service once more. I am incredibly grateful for everything he did for my family and me. Also, my family and I enjoyed working with his golden doodle Elijah. He was so fun to work with.

Jeremy is awesome. Always answers questions immediately, is always available to look at properties, has expert knowledge of the market and the willingness to research things he’s not sure of, and knows the best tips to win the deal, without pressuring you into something uncomfortable.

I have had the pleasure of working with Jeremy for a couple of years now selling and now buying homes. I have used other realtors in the past, but they did not give the level of professionalism, honesty, customer service, or the sense of actually caring that I received from Jeremy. He took the time to ensure he understood our wants and our needs when it came to home searches and he was always available to show us the homes we wanted to see. Most importantly, when there were issues that merited a serious conversation, his tone was always appropriate. Jeremy Allen is the constant professional and I will never use another realtor as long as he is available because he has earned my trust and my loyalty.

My wife and I moved from NOVA to Hampton Roads. We were on a tight schedule and distance was a challenge. Our experience with Jeremy was incredible. His level of customer service is uncanny. We told him what we wanted and he delivered over and beyond. So far as to save us from a potential disaster because of his knowledge of the area. He knew what things to look for and what was important. Jeremy even recommended his broker, whom in turn, saved us even more! Those two are by far the most trustworthy, honest, and hard working real estate team we've worked with in Hampton Roads.

Jeremy was amazing! We were first time home buyers & he made us feel very comfortable. He answered all of our questions & took the time to get to know us. I appreciated all his patience with us as we looked through so many houses. We are so glad we went with Jeremy. He took great care of us and I highly recommend him! Jeremy & his wife are very thoughtful.
