Our neighbor referred us to Jeremy, and he was fantastic in helping us sell our home! He walked us through each step of the process and clearly and consistently communicated with us along the way. He also took our preferences and ideas into account, which I appreciated. We couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome--he was able to get three competitive offers on our DC condo, and after 6 days on the market, our condo went under contract for $20k over asking. Jeremy is the master of perseverance. We had two buyers walk away from their offer, due to circumstances on their end. Jeremy remained patient and very responsive; we asked many questions usually at night or on the weekends and he always responded promptly. More importantly, nobody knows the local market and trends better than Jeremy. His advice was always spot on and he does not necessarily chase all the latest “nice to haves” and concentrates on the enduring value of the important things to buyers. Add to all that, Jeremy is a wonderful person and we enjoyed every conversation. We recommend him above all others; he outworks everyone else!

Would highly recommend Jeremy to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. As a buyer's agent, Jeremy was extremely responsive, willing to help us look at dozens of houses, had great advice on neighborhoods, and eventually helped us buy a house in a multiple offer situation. Six years later, we chose Jeremy to help us sell the same house. We were, again, very happy with our choice. Jeremy had great advice on how to prepare the house for listing and setting a price that would attract the most buyers. We had multiple offers and sold in one weekend for well over asking price. Jeremy was a great person to work with. In addition to making a frank and detailed analysis of the pluses & minuses of our house, he provided clear guidance on staging with a view to minimizing prep expenses as well as advising us on the overall process, which we had not experienced in more than 35 years. Moreover, he rescued us from a major setback when the person doing the prep work for us fell off the porch roof and had to undergo surgery by finding an alternative 3 days before planned listing. He is very personable and extremely responsive to every query. In addition to all the above, his calming demeanor helped to reduce the inevitable stress of the whole sales process during a very difficult period. We highly recommend him to anyone interested in selling a house.

Selling our home, even amid a pandemic, went amazingly smoothly, thanks to the efforts of Jeremy Browne. Jeremy was positive and enthusiastic, yet realistic, upfront and honest. His communication skills are excellent. He checked in frequently to tell us exactly what was happening (or not happening), encouraged our questions and answered them promptly. He was patient and meticulous about going over numbers, fees, and contract language - we felt supported in every step of the process.
