Jerome is networked very well in the community and due to this we had a lot of showings. It felt like we averaged two a week, with a couple of quiet periods mixed in. Our house was by no means an easy sell, it's uniqueness was going to require the right buyer. To find that buyer took a lot of showings. Part way through our listing we entered a new year and along with it La Plata county changed their rule book creating a new set of hoops to jump through. Jerome helped us navigate through everything to achieve the successful sale of our home. We are very thankful for his help and his service in our transaction.

Jerome is one of the most patient and likeable people, and has an intimate knowledge of the area. He has lived here most of his life, and his connections in the community lend him and edge on the market. This makes negotiations and searching easier. He took us through many houses and encouraged us to look at all the possibilities. He talked us through every house, encouraging us to find what was best for our family, and keeping our interests in mind. Even when we had a crazy idea, he was kind and thoughtful, and we were able to laugh at ourselves in the process. The fact that we found this home was only through his diligence. We had an offer in on another house, and when they countered, he sent us the listing for this house the day it was put on the market. We asked him to draw up papers before we went and saw it, and ended up signing our offer in the front yard of the house. It was a huge blessing. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a house.

Jerome served as our agent in purchasing a rural property in the North Valley area near Durango, CO during the March - May time period of 2014. He handled all aspects of our purchase with the highest level of professionalism and sensitivity for the needs of our family. Prior to the sale, Jerome presented a variety of lots for our consideration. When we decided on a property to purchase, he handled all aspects of negotiating with the seller's agent, and we were very happy with the agreed upon terms as well as the smoothness of the dealings. At this point Jerome put together a timeline that included everything that had to be done for closing the sale. Since we live out of state, this timeline proved very useful in coordinating these events. Our purchase was a "property only" transaction, which is outside the norm for most realtors, yet Jerome was very responsive in answering our questions and making everything happen as it should. Our closing occurred on schedule with no issues. We highly recommend Jerome to any purchaser, and we would chose to have him represent us as a seller whenever the need should arise.

Jerome was a great help during the purchase of our home in October 2013. He consistenatly provided us with listings of homes in the area and he searched the MLS database until we were able to fnd ..."the one". He was very conscious of finding what fit our idelas, our budget, and the location we wanted to be. I would highly reccomend Jerome for your next home purchase.

Jerome was great to work with!! He found the perfect house for us and within a week of beginning our house search we were under contract. We closed on our first home within 30 days and got a great price, financing setup, and avoided many of the headaches that can be associated with purchasing a house.<br/><br/>Jerome has been a long term resident of the area which could be easily seen within his suggestions on our house search. He knew particulars about each area we searched and didn't waste our time with houses that he knew would not fit our need and wants.<br/><br/>We will use Jerome in the future for our buying and selling needs.
