Tina is truly a 5-star agent in every respect. She originally helped my wife and I find and purchase a dream lot to build our dream retirement home on. When our plans changed, she helped us located and purchase a very unique and pretty awesome existing horse ranch property in Bayfield. The ranch property acquisition had a lot of issues, players, and moving parts to work through. Tina was a relentless advocate for us and provided invaluable expertise and guidance needed to overcome all of the issues, keep everyone off the ledge, pull everything together, and get the sale closed. She has never passed us off to an associate and her turnaround time responding to things is amazing (even while paddle boarding in Costa Rica!!!) We recommend Tina without hesitation or reservation.

Tina was an outstanding Buyers Agent representative for our out of state search and purchase of vacant land in Durango (we are novice purchasers with day jobs). Her work ethic, responsiveness, and dedication to customer service were off the chart. She handled everything personally and never passed us off to another agent or assistant. Her knowledge of the local market, resources, and processes were key to getting a dream property without drama. She did a great job processing offers and advising and representing us in negotiations with the seller. When our offer was accepted, she helped us through a very aggressive closing process schedule. She really stayed on top of every step of the process down to the last signature on closing day. She knew just the right amount of phone calling, texting, and poking and prodding needed to keep all the players and paperwork on track. I would definitely recommend Tina to family and friends.

Tina was a pleasure to work with. My wife and I looked at houses that Tina presented us for months, both in person and on line. Tina was very professional and offered valuable insights to us from what remodel upgrade cost ranges might be to what the potential resale issues may be with a particular property. We were very impressed with the thoughtful and timely responses to our questions that Tina provided. We closed on a beautiful house and the whole process was very seamless and efficient. Tina is the cream of the crop. We have dealt with many realtors for personal and business since we also have rental properties. She is hands down the best. We had many issues not caused by the real estate company and Tina diligently aided in resolving all of them in time for closing.
