Jessica is absolutely the top. When my parents passed, and we needed to sell their place, Jessica went above and beyond at every turn to help us get it to market and through the escrow process. She communicates at every turn, offers valuable and realistic feedback, has excellent follow-through, and is just overall a very delightful person. I was entirely pleased with her service throughout the entire process. She knows the market well, and her experience and connections are a real plus.

Jessica is the best!! We give her the highest recommendation possible! We were new to the area and looking to buy a home, and Jessica was so knowledgeable and helpful. She gave us great insight and advice on local communities, commuting distances, etc. We can't thank her enough for helping us find the perfect home in a challenging market with few properties coming up for sale. She was patient and worked with us for over a year, while we looked in several communities (she knew them all very well) and bid on several homes. Ultimately, we give her all the credit for a successful closing on the ideal home we purchased earlier this year. She alerted us to the upcoming listing, worked around our schedules so we could see it and have a home inspection completed quickly, and helped us navigate the offer and closing process to a successful conclusion in just weeks. Jessica was fantastic! She got the ball rolling right away and never stopped. She has a fantastic team, and everything she does is efficient, cost effective, and looks amazing. She goes above and beyond and treats your property like it was her own. Our home had multiple offers in just 4 days, and we closed the sale right away. Jessica Wallace was a pleasure to work with. She was accommodating with her time and very knowledgeable about the market. She was able to immediately advise on the small improvements that the house needed in order to sell quickly and get the best price. All the while, Jessica had an upbeat attitude and it always felt as if I was talking to a friend rather than a realtor. As she had predicted, the house went into a bidding war after being on the market for less than a week, and sold for way over the asking price. The whole process could not have been easier. I highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking for an expert in real estate in our town.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Jessica from start to finish. From the start Jessica visited our home and made several recommendations for preparing the home to get the best price. She goes into great detail what the potential buyers will be interested in. She has in-depth knowledge of the real estate market and the local area. One area Jessica has a great deal of knowledge in was the subject of disclosures. She explained in detail the importance of disclosures in creating a clean sale. She brought up things I never would have thought of. She has great contacts with all the trades and services needed to prepare the home for a sale. She scheduled the home inspection; termite inspection; roof inspections and orchestrated the staging of the interior of our home. The staging turned out fabulous. All the paperwork and signing was explained in detail. Very professional and efficient. The Title Co. she recommended was great to work with. Overall I would give 10 stars out of 10. Great job Jessica
