Katie is driven! She loves to help people. She practically doesn’t sleep and does everything in her power to get the best deal for her clients. She is well versed in local knowledge, negotiation, VA loans, and explained each step of the home buying process to me. Devang was very responsive to all my texts and calls.the first day he offered going to 5-6 properties all in one day to see what’s best for me. After that I was able to contact him with a property I liked in Milpitas! He and his whole team provided a smooth process which was very nice as a first time home buyer!

I had a great experience working with Ben Strock and his team. I chose them based on their reputation and wasn’t disappointed. We came up with a fair market price then his team dug in and got my property into market-ready condition. We found some surprises as always, but worked through them and only missed our market date by about a day. I appreciated having a local manager (Christina) with a team of contractors that I could trust especially since I am an out of state and have been an absent landlord for a number of years. The best part was when we ended up with competing cash bids and settled substantially over asking price…in what I thought was a down market. That’s as good as it gets.

We found Cal on Zillow and booked a few tours with him. Being first time home buyers is always scary, but Cal brought a lot of experience and would be available to clarify any of our concerns. He was very proactive and did a lot of market research on the place that we finally ended up buying with him as our broker. Working with him was a breeze because he just made it comfortable for us throughout the process. The place we were looking at had an open house on Sunday, but Cal drafted all the forms overnight on Saturday so that we put down the offer first. When in doubt, call Cal! :) our entire process from looking at the house to closing escrow took less than a month and Cal was on top of all formalities and we had a great experience working with him. We would highly recommend anyone in the market to reach out to Cal and begin the journey of buying your dream home!
