Jim was a great realtor, he was very knowledgeable, patient and on top of things. He was not pushy, knew the market and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for property.

Jim Walters was a pleasure to communicate with. Our condo purchase experience went smoothly, and any issues were handled promptly, effectively, professionally, and personably. Since we had to manage everything remotely, it was helpful to have someone from the area who has been in the business for a while as well as knowledgable about the Steamboat area. Jim went beyond the call of duty and sent us a contact list for contractors/businesses for future possible work to be done on the condo, as well as answered all questions -- no matter how mundane or repetitive -- swiftly and with no judgment! He was good humored and respectful throughout the process. We're glad our future daughter-in-law recommended him!

Jim was instrumental in helping us find our vacation home in Steamboat. He was patient and listened to our needs and gave us realistic expectations of what we wanted in the valley in our price range. Jim has tremendous knowledge of the valley which was paramount in helping us narrow our search in our neighborhood. He also was patient when we brought our two children to look at real estate after skiing as well. My son told Jim we found our house when he saw it and he was correct. I can honestly say we wouldn't have a home in Steamboat without Jim's expertise in working with the seller's agent so all our needs were met. Along the way Jim became a friend as well. Jim is a tremendous asset to anyone looking to buy or sell in Steamboat! We look forward to many years of fun making memories!

Jim was a responsive and attentive real estate agent, carefully listening to our desires for a property and showing us a variety of properties that would meet our goals. He was honest and thorough, pointing out pros and cons to the different properties while still allowing us to make the personal decision on what property was right for us. We selected a specific condo complex, and then waited for just "the right" unit to come open. He contacted existing owners and was quick to contact the seller when our unit became available. Throughout the process, Jim was quick to respond and patient to explain to us the various stages and implications of the variety of documents. We would definitely recommend him!

We met Jim Walters when my daughter and her husband were moving to Steamboat to open up a business and move there. Jim took us around Steamboat and showed us many homes and also to the surrounding areas. He did a great job and they found the most perfect place for their business and home!! So excited for them. I would highly recommend Jim to anyone looking for residential or commercial. Thanks Jim!! Lonny and Kristy Haines
