Jimmy made our first home-buying experience not only only smooth, but actually pretty fun! He knows the market really well and was very open to pointing out potential issues with the homes we looked at. Jimmy was patient with us as we navigated our first home purchase and was very good at sending new listings that were in our wheelhouse as soon as they hit the market. If you're looking for a realtor who is professional, courteous, helpful and fun to work with, Jimmy is one of the best in the Bemidji area.

You need to make Jimmy your point of contact if you're buying in the region or if you have any questions about Real Estate. What you see is what you get with Jimmy. He's a straight shooter. He'll listen to your needs, find you properties that fit your range, he'll state the facts and then he'll step out of the way and let you decide. He'll be there to answer any questions you have and if he doesn't have an answer, he will find it and get back to you promptly. He's never pushy and doesn't flood you with unnecessary e-mails that don't fit your needs. Because of his outgoing personality and his track record of selling property, he knows a ton of people and can refer you to good people, whether it be financial or insurance in order to get the process executed smoothly. I will be referring Jimmy until the day I die. He found me my dream property and made the process seamless. The circumstances of the sale created some challenges but he had solutions and we got through the whole process with very few phone calls and e-mails.
