Rob was amazing. Their communication was spot on, always reaching out and responding quickly. Rob was in collaboration with my banker which helped very much. He listened to my wants, needs, and my hard no’s. He was knowledgeable about the communities surrounding the homes I looked at, had detail about other realtors who were listing certain houses, and had a good idea just by looking at the home what may or may not be wrong. I will be using him again!

Rob did a wonderful job though out the entire purchasing process for both me and the family of mine he has helped. He assisted us in many different scenarios and provided very relevant pricing information.

Rob was always responsive and knowledgeable about every house and neighborhood I looked at. He was flexible and accommodated my work hours and was very helpful when filling out paperwork and submitting offers.

Most of us don't need a realtor very often and when you do need one.....you want a good one! Robbie is good! We bought our house lower than we expected and sold for more than we thought we would. Exactly what everyone wants! Robbie knows his stuff and is very approachable....I asked MANY questions and he answered them all with a smile :)

We had an excellent experience working with Rob to find a home in Bemidji. Rob is very knowledgeable about properties and value trends in the area, and guided us through the process from start to finish. He was very helpful to us in evaluating various properties we viewed, and was excellent in negotiating a good price for the home we did purchase. He remained involved through all the closing arrangements, and also referred us to several contractors to do some renovations we wanted. In all areas Rob went 'over and above" what one would expect. We enjoyed working with Rob very much, and highly recommend him to anyone considering purchasing or selling a home in the Bemidji area.
