Due to Joan's great work, we got a buyer to pay my asking price shortly after the listing. Joan wrote a great description in the listing along with applying awesome photos of my property. She also was a great assistance in helping my purchase my next home. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is interested in buying or selling a house.

Joan and her team were just an amazing team who truly partnered with us to sell our property. Our home was a vacation home in a large guard-gated community in Las Vegas and required extra assistance from her team since we were out of town for most of the process. Her local knowledge and expertise made for a quick listing, sale, and close. Her team and her network team of vendors made quick work of anything we needed to complete the sale. We would re-use her in a heartbeat and whole-heartedly recommend for any real estate transaction you may need!

Joan is wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She helped us identify the type of condo that would be the best for us. If I need an agent in the future, I will call Joan.

100% RECOMMENDED!!! The Kilton Team hands down is the BEST Real Estate team to have when either Buying your home or Selling your home. What else can we say!!! We met Todd & Joan Kilton after a HORRIBLE buying experience with a different agent. We immediately fired the other agent during the purchase of what we thought would be our forever home; we ended up losing that home under contract. No worries though, Kenneth and I immediately interviewed other agents to help us sell our current home and buy our forever home in Nevada. I believe we may have interviewed 7-10 different real estate teams over the course of a weekend; Todd & Joan were a CLASS ACT! They CARED! They UNDERSTOOD! Their HONEST! They are TRANSPARENT! Great communication skills, very trustworthy, extremely efficient! We were very pleased with our whole process of selling our home and buying another home with Joan and team. The entire team was well informed and provided great service the ENTIRE process! Highly recommended for sure!
