Joanna is the absolute best. She knew exactly what we were looking for. We found our dream house day one working with her after looking for months with others. She supported us through our first buying process and answered any and all questions we had, and we had a lot! She did not stop once we found it. We are now owners and she is still helping us navigate! The other professionals she recommended we work with we’re wonderful as well. The process was seamless and enjoyable!

Joanna was simply delightful to work with on purchasing my condominium. To start a friend who had worked with her previously had given Joanna my number. Within an hour I was contacted and we had about a 20-30 minute conversation/ interview on what I was looking. She wanted to know types of property to location of interest. Then we got into the details of number of rooms to amenities, ground floor or not and if I had pets and so forth. She was very detailed on covering all the bases, especially when it came to my budget. After that, I started to receive properties via email from Joanna and I got a lot of them daily. With the way her company has things setup it was easy to choose "Like", "Maybe" or "Dislike". After a day or so Joanna contacted me to see if I was ready to "hit the trail" and start looking at the "Likes" and "Maybes" on my list. She took me to every place I wanted and suggested several more that we visited too. I think she sent me every property in the areas that fit everything I wanted. After about 2 weeks or less I had found the property I wanted. Joanna was very helpful on educating me on making an offer, property taxes and obtaining a real estate attorney (which I ended up using her referral). Two offers later, the seller accepted my bid! The price was exactly what I had budgeted and am extremely happy with my purchase! Our side of closing went really smooth and easy. It took about 45 minutes and the attorney Joanna referred knew his stuff and was helpful with the process. Since then a variety of questions and concerns have come up for me. Who has always answered the phone or called me back with an answer? Who has checked up on me just last week? Joanna!!! Thank You Again!!!

Joanna's service was absolutely terrific. She constantly kept me aware of new listings in the area and pointed out information that I would have easily overlooked (flood zones, anyone?). Her honesty assured me that she had my best interests in mind and that her job meant more than simply going after that big commission. She was also tremendously helpful with recommending an inspector and a real estate lawyer. I couldn't have asked for a better agent.

If anyone out there is looking for a realtor that understands your needs when it comes to selling or buying a home, look no further than Joanna as she is always there for her clients. Joanna was our realtor when we recently sold our home. We couldn't have been more pleased of the outcome. Joanna's professionalism, knowledge of the market, and advice were outstanding, bar none. Not to mention, Joanna was always easy to get a hold and very responsive whenever we encountered a question during the process. Highly recommend!
