We were told that we could move in by December 1st and a deposit of 500 dollars was paid. We did not move in December 1st and she did not contact us until December 2nd to tell us that we wouldn’t be able to move in until December 15th. She told us that the house was still occupied and that she had to renovate the kitchen before we could move in. We were asked for an extra payment of 125 dollars and gave her 100 dollars. It’s December 15th and she is unreachable. She finally contacts us to tell us that the house is still occupied and that it’ll be another week. Another week goes by with no communication. We were finally able to reach her and she proceeded to offer us 3 different houses in locations outside of Columbia. I simply asked her to give me my money back and she said she would. This was 2 or 3 weeks ago and I have not received my money nor has she made any effort to contact us and is unreachable herself.

Wonderful to work with! If I called and asked any questions she didn’t hesitate to give me the answer. An overall joy to work with when buying a home!

After years of having no luck selling the home, Joanne was able to get our home sold for more than asking in just 2 days. She took the stress out of selling the home and made the process very easy for us. She is the one to trust and is extremely knowledgeable.

Joanne Bolos is absolutely awesome. She found me just what I was looking - twice. When the first house didn't work out, she quickly found me another. She is always prompt in responding and never failed to jump in when I had any questions or issues with the mortgage company I used. My house buying experience was difficult and I am not sure any other realtor could have made it happen.

Joanne helped me sell my first home! There was not a moment she made me feel uncomfortable about her process. She explained details like; the best time to list my home for sale, what repairs I should consider and the best price to list it for. Considering I was in another state, days away from my home, Joanne helped me find contractors for cleaning, any repairs I wanted, and even down to someone taking care of my lawn. Joanne did a great job and was informative during the process!
