Joanne was very efficient in selling my home she was right on top of things she was absolutely a great agent I would have to give her a 10 in everything she handled for she is a great agent and she knows her job very well and she can sell anyone’s home

Joanne is a pleasant & friendly person. She was always responsive to my calls, managed the details and kept me updated on my entire purchasing process. My interest was for a rural / buildable lot with 3-5 acres - in a specific area. After locating such, Joanne was prompt in initiating a purchase offer / contract agreement and working thru all details with both I and the seller. Soon afterwards - all of the closing details at the title company were set up & completed. Very pleased with the entire experience. Thank You Joanne! :)

Joanne was very knowledgeable, professional, honest and definitely a realtor with the upmost integrity. Because of her 37 years of experience in the real estate market, we felt secure and confident that she would find a buyer for my dear mom's property. Her marketing skills showed beautifully as the MLS listing produced alot of traffic and offers. She goes the extra mile and really cares for her clients. We felt so blessed to have worked with her, and we'd absolutely refer her to everyone we know. Even though we had several issues we had to resolve, Joanne was patient, understanding, respectful and she knew exactly how to deal with whatever came up. I can't imagine selling without Joanne. She's helped me sell two of my homes in Florida, she goes above and beyond anytime of the day or night with any problems that might come up. She sold both homes very quickly, first one wasn't even during the sellers market as it is now. I sold my home in Florida and purchased a home in Georgia, while we were looking into homes she let me know when a agent she talked to was ideal and she was right :) I highly recommend Joanne!
