This realtor is the the best we have ever had. We have bought and sold for 5 yrs and no-one has made it easy and pleasing as Joc has. He needs dinner on the company for doing the best job selling my home so quickly. With in 10 days it was in contract. Closed in timely manner. Also assured me he would be there if I needed anything. And YES, he was and answered my calls everytime I needed him. My husband and I love him like he was our own son. Great job Joc!!!

Joc does a great job !!! He found a buyer for our lot at Gantt Lake in the Andalusia Area. Joc was prompt and helpful and I would definitely use him again!! Thanks for helping us sell our lot at the lake!!

This guy is the best and went out of his way to make the whole process easy He treated us with respect and had lots of patience with us asking a thousand questions with it being our first house and all… but i would definitely recommend him!

I recently sold my property with The Callaway Real Estate Group. My real estate agent, Joc Callaway was a great choice. I live out of the state and was selling an income property that I could not oversee the repairs and preparations for sale myself. Joc was a huge help at checking on such items as well as securing a buyer quickly and above list price. I definitely recommend Joc sell your property.

Joc was a pleasure to work with. He was always available for questions. We are from out of state and he helped us through the process of purchasing a home without having visited the home. He took awesome video. I would consider it almost professional quality. Pointed out all things that might be questionable. He helped us with local insurance/ locksmiths and all manner of local things we might have need of. He was knowledgeable of the areas we were looking at. He was very professional through the entire process. I was a little scared and he was very good at alleviating my fears. I would highly recommend Joc for anyone looking to buy or sell. We can't thank him enough.
