My experience with Kim has been outstanding. Over the last 5 years I have bought two and sold one home with Kim's help. She is very knowledgeable, understanding, and experienced in the wiregrass area. In addition to knowing the market, she was very patience and was extremely easy to communicate with day or night. She cares, and to me that's an important attribute when making such a big purchase. I would definitely use her service again.

Kim did an outstanding job. She came in and gave recommendations on the renovations and checked in on the progress weekly. Her knowledge about the market and what buyers were looking for was extensive. She was so good, the house was under contract in one day!

Kim was tremendously helpful throughout the whole process, especially with some minor repair and cleaning issues we had to deal with. She communicated with us frequently and was responsive to phone calls and texts.

Kim did an outstanding job helping us to buy a house in Dothan. We needed a place for our daughter to live and the whole process was handled remotely as we don’t live in Alabama. We looked at the Zillow listings and she would go to them and give us her opinion. If they sounded good, she would show us the place by internet video. Most of our communications were by phone, text or email. We found a place and were able to close in a few weeks. We were very pleased to have been able to work with her. She is very tech savvy which is a big plus.

Kim is the quintessential "perfect" real estate agent. She impressed me as very knowledgeabe about her market, communities, and amenities and how she listens, hears. and understands your needs. She understood the profile of what I wante and presented the right properties that aligned with my target. I found her very flexible as I changed some criteria and so patient, kind, caring and always professional. Kim is well known in her communities and very agile and responsive with sellers, respected by buiders, finance companies, inpsectors and others I came to connect with. She communicated so very well and in a short time made me feel like family instead of "just another person looking to buy a house". She found the right home for me and hand held me through the buying process. I was very happy with her as my agent. If you are looking for the perfect agent she is the one to call upon.
