I was grateful to work with Jodi on my home search. She was very patient with me and my specific needs. I appreciate her deep knowledge of the local market, her honesty in evaluating properties, and flexibility in accommodating my busy schedule. Jodi was incredibly resourceful in finding the perfect home for my family and worked swiftly to help me secure it. Jodi and her team went above and beyond with the quest to sell my condo and purchasing of a new build. The new build process was quite the ordeal with the builder but Jodi was phenomenal advocating for our family and ensuring we were happy for the final product.

Jodi was fantastic. She was so patient as I looked at quite a few houses, and even made a couple of offers that fell through, and finally, finally, found THE house. She was always available to answer questions from a newby, and explain terms and proceedures that I was unfamiliar with. I could not have had a better person helping me. I would recommend her to anyone who asked me "Do you know a great Realtor?" Thank you.

My experience was poor. This agent attempted to put my home buying experience on her time. I'm not a first time buyer and did not appreciate her canceling showings to tell me to reschedule at a later date so that we could meet at her office. With how fast property has been moving delaying a week could be the loss of a potential home. Not interested in working on someone else's terms.

The experience was fantastic. We picked Jodi because for years we could see that she specialized in our area. When I told one of the neighbors who we were using he said "Oh, yeah - she's a local legend." She was our listing agent, but given her knowledge of the area we'd use her as a buying agent if we ever move back to town. 1. I always watched Zillow to stay informed on the rough value of my house. 2. The first meeting with Jodi was REALLY helpful. 3. She had great data on what sold in the area along with real comps the appraiser would likely use. 4. That helped us feel great about the asking price we chose, and more importantly helped us be ready to recognize a good offer. 5. She sent a person to the house to help with staging AND had a professional take care of the photos. 6. We had to make sure the house was clean but other than that Jodi really took care of everything (open houses, managing showings, help getting ready for closing - EVERYTHING). We would definitely use her again, and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy (or in our case sell) a home.
