Joe was and always has been an amazing realtor. We have bought and sold several properties with him and he has always acted with the highest integrity. Whenever we bought or sold property with him, he went above and beyond what was asked, he negotiated with integrity and we could always count on Joe knowing any information about selling/buying a piece of property. I would always recommend Joe to buy or sell anything in Washington County, Utah.

My wife and I *highly* recommend Joe Allen as a St. George, UT based realtor... as realtors simply don't get any better. Having met Joe during our first visit to St. George in February, 2022 (via a referral from a trusted friend), we were immediately impressed with his professional demeanor, knowledge of the local market (he's been in St. George for over 32 years), and friendly attitude. Joe first met with us to better understand our needs, listened carefully, then laid out a plan for touring some 10-12 homes. As a former realtor herself, my wife respected the fact that Joe didn't simply show us what HE liked or homes that were highly priced; rather, he did a very able job of covering a wide range of housing styles across our price parameters and carefully explained what we would get in what parts of town. Once we'd decided on a home, Joe consulted with us prior to making an offer, provided sage guidance regarding the negotiation with the seller's agent, and then as needed, courteously "pushed back" on our offer points. Net/net, we wound up purchasing a wonderful home within our price range in an outstanding section of St. George. Post contract negotiations, Joe then followed up with recommendations for both mortgage lenders, title companies, inspectors, and where needed, home repair service providers. As one's who's not "handy" in the least, I greatly appreciated Joe's guidance for what absolutely needed repairs, what could be repaired, and then what may (or may not) be serviced in the future. Finally, when we encountered a few challenges in the actual home close process (e.g., title transfer software platforms being down), Joe stepped in to assist, keeping us closely informed and listening empathetically to our concerns. Net/net, Joe held our hands through the entire process and came through like a rockstar on our behalf. Joe was super professional and very knowledgeable about everything 'real estate'. He allowed us to find and purchase the home we wanted. He treated us so well that we had him sell our home. We really appreciate Joe and all his hard work. We would work with him a million times over again!

Recently we used Realty Absolute to buy a building lot near Leeds that we’ll soon build on, and Joe made the whole process a breeze! We made an offer & Joe made that work, while giving us premier treatment for a paltry $38,000 sale. He’s treated us like good neighbors although we live out of state! I recommend you enlist Realty Absolute when you need a friendly real estate expert!

I was referred to Joe by a relative who stated if Joe did not immediately take your call, he will return your call within 10 minutes. Joe, not only returned my call immediately, he made my requests a priority and we had all of our questions answered in no time. There was no doubt in my mind Joe was the guy to help me sell my home in Southern Utah. I am now returning to the market as a buyer and will no doubt use Joe to help my transaction to be the most beneficial to me. Joe has always made himself available even when I know it was not convenient for him. He cares about the people he serves and his connection does not disappear after the closing.
