Rachel is amazing! We needed to move our Dad and none of us lived in Utah. We were there for a short period of time, and Rachel was there for us every step of the way. She recommended top notch contractors who painted, cleaned, fixed carpet, and staged the house. She graciously answered all questions and kept us in the loop. The house was sold within one month at the market value price we were hoping for. I can't recommend Rachel highly enough. For an important event like selling your house, Rachel is the person you can trust.

Rachel helped two new comers to the area feel very welcome indeed. She shared her knowledge of the real estate market, and helped us identify the perfect house. She handled all of the variables and assisted us every step of the way - all with patience, wisdom, and expertise. She is both a wonderful real estate professional and person. My wife and I could not have had a more positive experience with her and her team from beginning to end.

My wife and I sold our house and purchased a new house in 2020. Rachel was amazing to work with. We found a buyer within the first 48 hours of listing our home. When that first buyer fell through, we were able to get a second buyer almost just as quickly. Selling and buying a home can be a roller coaster. That's how it was for us. We were excited to find a buyer so quickly, and then disappointed when it didn't work out and we had to find another buyer. The whole time, Rachel was steady and reassuring. With her help, we also found our lovely new home. We've worked with Rachel twice in the last 7 years, and both times were great experiences. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent.

Rachel is pleasant to work with in finding the right property and is honest in her dealings with you. We looked at homes in Washington, Utah over a period of nearly a year before the right home for us showed up and was then purchased. We could not be more pleased.
