Joe recently helped me sell my Father's home in a Trust Sale while I was living out of state. Joe was professional, knowledgeable and able to negotiate on behalf of the Estate brilliantly. The house was full of contents and he even arranged for it to be freshened up with paint, professionally cleaned, emptied, (then staged) and sold the home within 3 weeks of it being on the market. This was such a relief for my siblings and I living so far away, and Joe was absolutely key in having this sale performed quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Joe for your buying and selling needs in Napa Valley.

Joe is an AMAZING real estate agent! He showed me the home I was interested in and helped guide me through the process as I put down my first offer on what is now my home. He is super reliable, available by phone, email and text, very nice and calm, easy to work with, has the real estate smarts, GREAT negotiator and made the whole experience of buying a home as pleasant as it can possibly be during this stressful, exciting time. Would 100% recommend him and would love to work with him again if/when the time comes.

Joe is a wonderful realtor. He helped us find and buy a dream house in Napa. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the different areas and local options. He was always super responsive and attentive and at the same time always made sure to leave the decision-making up to us. His insights throughout the buying process where outstanding and made the difference for us to get that dream home. Without him, we would not have found it and we would not have been fast enough to get it. Overall, I highly recommend working with Joe.

I highly recommend Joe Brasil. Joe’s extensive knowledge of real estate helped us navigate a fluid and competitive housing market. He not only knows the business of real estate and local markets, he knows houses. When touring properties, Joe could point out positive features, things that might need attention, and potential ways to improve the property. He gave us full attention as we worked together. Communications were timely and helpful. Questions and concerns were patiently responded to. We feel trust in Joe, and feel that he had our best interest in mind as we worked together.
