Joe is a long time realtor in this area and has a lot of knowledge. He helped me buy a home and we got exactly what we wanted. He even helped put me in touch with contractors that gave a great price for remodeling. This is great if you're moving into the area and need someone who will make you feel connected to all the local services. He even gave us a thank you gift after we closed on the home, which was very kind.

Joe made the process of buying a home absolutely painless. He was very easy to work with, never pushy, and quickly understood my wants and needs in a house. He had answers to all my questions, or was able to get answers quickly. He outlined every step of the process and made sure everything was done quickly and correctly. I would absolutely recommend Joe to anyone looking to buy a home.

I would recommend Joe to ANYONE looking for a house. Joe was quick to find EXACTLY what I was looking for. My favorite thing about working with Joe was that he gave me a packet to fill out so that I could better articulate what I was looking for in a house and so that he could better look for one. It was a very short time that I was in a house. SO EASY to work with. I highly recommend this agent!

After 9 years, my wife & I finally took the big step in purchasing a home. A step we thought would be full of stress, not knowing exactly what to do.
