Our experience with Savannah, the realtor representing the former buyers of our property, was a complete nightmare. Her failure to disclose a significant issue found by the buyer's inspector cost us valuable time and money that could have been saved if she had acted transparently and responsibly. Selling a home is a process that requires trust and transparency between all parties involved. We placed our trust in Savannah to facilitate a smooth transaction, but her actions have left us deeply disappointed and frustrated. When the buyer's inspector discovered a leak in the primary bathroom shower pan, we expected Savannah to communicate this critical information to us. Such issues are not uncommon in real estate transactions, and we were fully prepared to address and resolve the problem to ensure a successful sale. However, instead of acting responsibly and ethically, Savannah chose to keep this information hidden from us. She essentially ghosted us when we inquired about the issues they found during the inspection. If she had been honest and responded to us when we inquired, we could have taken prompt action to fix the issue, ensuring that our home was in the best possible condition for potential buyers. By failing to disclose this issue, Savannah not only jeopardized the success of the sale of our home but also displayed a complete disregard for the principles of honesty and transparency that should guide real estate professionals. Her actions have caused us unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and financial burden. Overall, our experience with Savannah has been marked by her failure to disclose critical information that could have allowed us to resolve the issue promptly. She listens, understands customers needs, is responsive. The entire process was smooth and stress free. The person she hired to take pictures of my house did an amazing job. The photos turned out great. I have no hesitation in recommending or working with her again.
