This was the second time I have dealt with a real estate agent In my whole life and the first time did not fair well. Now with that being said my experience with Jennifer was a 180 degree turnaround. Jennifer was with us every step of the way in both selling and buying a home. The sale of our home was much quicker than I expected and we got way more than we expected due to her experience in real estate. She new exactly what to do to achieve our goal. When it came to buying our new home which took a little longer, Jennifer was right there. she was sending us notifications every time a house came on the market. Jennifer kept in touch with us every couple of days for almost 3 months. We looked at quite a few homes before we found what we wanted. She took care of every detail with our new home when it came time negotiating with the seller. If I had to do this all over again, I would definitely choose Jennifer in the future.

We had the pleasure of working with Erin Feist starting in April 2023 as we began our search for a new home. Over the course of five months, we explored numerous properties, from single-family homes to townhouses. Erin was incredibly patient and understanding throughout the entire process, never once pushing us or making us feel rushed. Initially, we were focused on finding a single-family home, but after viewing several houses and having in-depth discussions with Erin, we realized that the type of home we desired might be out of reach within our budget in Fremont. Erin helped us pivot our search to include townhouses, always keeping our preferences in mind, especially our desire to be within walking distance of markets. Danielle is so helpful and thorough. She is really clear with communicating information and she got back to us super quick regarding any questions we had. She was even willing to find out and look into vendors for us to fix a toilet/bathroom repair. She is very knowledgeable with HOA condo/townhome issues so we would highly recommend her as an agent!!

Before we chose a realtor, we researched many agents serving our local area, and Danielle and her team stood out as one of the best, which turned out to be the case. Their social media presence was strong, and we could tell that she put a lot of effort into the listing. We had already purchased a house across the country and would be moving before the house went up for sale. Danielle made the process extra easy for us and took steps to ensure that everything was handled without us having to be present. The staging and the photos for the listing on the real estate websites looked amazing. Danielle gave us a clear timetable regarding the steps that would be taken to sell the house, and this played exactly as planned.
