Of the four Real Estate agents we talked to, only Joel offered to pay to have his team do all repairs preparatory to putting the house up for sale and then take the cost out of the back end when the house sold. His team did a terrific job in painting and repairing any item that needed attention. This relieved us of having to find a qualified repair team and pay for repairs out of pocket up front. Joel did a terrific job of staging the house, advertising it, and then doing all the work to close. We were very happy with the sale and appreciated all the communication during the process. I was an out of town seller who had a rental property in Suffolk that I used to live in. I looked up top sellers in the area and found Joel. He made the process effortless. Communication was perfect any time of the week and he always called back in a timely fashion. He helped with repairs and even mowed the lawn himself during a slow period in the process. I would use Joel for every real estate transaction if I could!

I am a first time home buyer and having Joel on my side was the best part of the whole process. After going through about 4 realtors and walking through about 5 horrible houses each one of them never had one negative thing to say about a house and it felt like they just wanted me to buy something so they can move on. But once we met Joel, he was extremely honest about each house and had so much attention to detail that it felt like he was honestly looking at each house as if he was making the purchase for himself. Up until meeting him I was stressed and felt like every realtor and lender did not have my best interest. He was extremely professional and was available whenever I had questions. Another thing that was so unique was after talking with so many realtors I told them exactly what kind of home I was looking for and each realtor would just send me countless emails of every single home that came on the market and tell me "hurry this home won't last" which was overwhelming and not helpful at all but Joel was the first one to send recommendations that actually fit. He was the first one to tell me please don't buy this house its not a good deal. Before we saw a house you could tell he had done his homework and knew what he was talking about. Even after finding a house he made sure everything I originally asked for was repaired or in the final contract before closing when I was thinking of waiving things or just agreeing to them. I think the most important thing about working with him is knowing you are having someone who literally has your best interest in mind. I love the house he was able to get me and if I could buy another one just to work with him again I would.

Joel was knowledgeable about every property he showed me, wasn’t pushy, and assured me me every step of the way, truly a 5 star guy I would suggest him to anyone who is looking for a house, great job Joel
