I’ve know John for over 20 years. He helped us buy our duplex in 2014 and when it was time to sell it this summer he was right there to help us along each step of the process. He’s knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. I wouldn’t even consider a real estate transaction without his input!

I had previously purchased a home with John as my buyer's agent. He was as great this time as he was before. I contacted John to see if he thought a difficult property, that had been vacant for years, was even sellable. He made an appointment right away, went through the house, and assured me it could be sold. With his vast expertise & contacts, he had people looking at the house right away & had an offer extremely quickly.
