Kim was amazing. She had great advice for us as sellers and also listened to any concerns we had and addresses them professionally and timely. I would recommend using Kim for either selling or purchasing a home, and plan to use her in the future.

Kim was fantastic. I was a first time home buyer and she "held my hand" through the whole process. She was always available to answer questions morning, noon or night. Finally she continues to be available to me since I closed on my house. I am not living in the home I purchased right now and she has been willing to meet contractors at my new home in order to let them in to make estimates for different work that needs to be done. I would highly recommend Kim.
