John was attentive to my home sale every step of the way. He helped negotiate multiple offers. The final offer was no contingencies, cash and closed in less than two weeks. Due to John’s guidance, the house sold for more than I could have hoped for. He was a dream to work with and I highly recommend him.

John did an excellent job helping me to navigate the sale of my home. His communication was clear and friendly and he was always available to answer any questions I had. He went way above and beyond helping me to find contractors that could do repairs prior to the sale, and he personally helped me in so many ways that by the time the house went on the market, it looked fantastic! He has expert level knowledge of the area, and was really able to sell the charms of small town living to potential buyers. John is a true gem, I could not recommend him enough.

We used John to sell our house and he did an outstanding job. He’s very knowledgeable of the area and kept us updated throughout the process. He was very responsive and made the process painless for us. He even found us a great Realtor in the Nashville area to work with us to buy a house there.

John learned very quickly what we wanted, as well as adapted to our style. We were new to the area, and more than once he helped us avoid wasting time looking at something that didn't meet our criteria or that wasn't in a good location or that had issues. John knows the market and the inventory. He is easy to work with, very responsive and communicates well. He's all around a terrific person. This wasn't our first home purchase, so we kind of knew what to expect, but he sure made the process smooth. When we started looking farther out from the metro area (about 90 miles away), I felt bad dragging him all over the place, but he didn't blink. He had a whole itinerary set up for us so we could see houses in the most efficient manner. When we found the house we purchased, John was looking things over with an eagle eye to make sure we were evaluating the house well. He was with us every step of the way. He instills confidence and most importantly, we knew we could trust him to take good care of us. Do yourself a favor and work with John - he's the best.

Soon after meeting with John, I knew he was the realtor for me. My home was not ready to be put on the market so he worked with me to get it show ready. My home was a unique home, off the beaten path with a difficult steep hill. John did a rest job marketing the home. John is easy going, friendly, and genuinely interested in what you, the home owner, wants. He is an excellent negotiator also. I highly recommend John if you want to sell your home.
