I cannot recommend Jose Morales and the Morales Group highly enough. He and his team, and all his adjacent colleagues, were a godsend in selling my recently deceased father's house in the Fall and Winter of 2023. His proactive search for additional assumable loans during the summer of 2023's rising interest rates and his genuine care and willingness to help people led directly to a solution for me at a very challenging time. In my case, the solution he offered was that my father's VA loan (with a 2.75% interest rate) was assumable by non-military personnel who loan qualified. This information was not widely known in the field, nor known by the lender. Jose's drive to serve his clients uncovered a valuable opportunity that uniquely met my needs, and he and his team saw the sale thru over a protracted 4+ month process, both locally and long distance (in New England). During this time, they spent as many hours as were needed to meet all of my needs, going above and beyond my expectations. The many ways he and his team provided service are too many to list. I am forever grateful for their expertise, their continued persistence and oversight as everything unfolded, and their genuine kindness. You couldn't ask for a better real estate agent or team to handle your needs.

Jay did an amazing job helping us buy our first home! He was dedicated to finding us exactly what we were after. Our buying process was a great experience as he was very flexible with his schedule and went above and beyond when it came to scheduling showings. We ended up buying a house we really wanted for under asking and are absolutely loving our home. Jay has helped us sell one home and buy two homes over the past couple of years. Our last purchase was quite challenging given the market but Jay persisted. We were toggling between a couple different strategies to meet our family’s needs, and Jay helped us explore both options in parallel. He put in a lot of time to ensure we could see a variety of homes, was very flexible in working with our busy schedules, and was patient, conscientious and friendly at all times.
