Mr. young helped my wife and I buy our first home in Farragut, TN. He was very insightful and well versed in the real estate business. he got us a great deal and treated us like we ruled the world while everything was processing. We would highly recommend him to any friend.

Joe has been exteremely responsive and respectful through the entire process of trying to find lots to purchase. He listened to the criteria I had for those lots and we only looked at lots that met that criteria. He has answered my calls and emails, and when he could not answer my call he always returned the call in a timely manner. He has been extremely professional and is extremely knowledgeable about the Knoxville and surrounding markets. I will definitely continue to use Joe and will recommend Joe to anyone that is needing to find a real estate agent in this market.

Joe was very helpful in helping us find a suitable lot to build our retirement home on. We live in Florida and had to do our search via the internet, so we used Zillow. We found a lot that looked good in Tennessee and contacted Joe, the listing agent. He promptly send us all the information we needed. After looking at the location and considering it to be too remote, Joe proactively continued our search.
