Josh really delivered the impossible for us. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, beyond just the check box labels like “garage” or “open floor plan”. He spotted the perfect place as soon as it came on the market. When he sent the listing we were pretty uninterested, but as soon as we pulled in the driveway we knew he nailed it. The house/lot/location was exactly what we wanted. Throughout the buying process (it was a short sale so it was lengthy and complicated) Josh was in regular contact providing updates and making sure we stayed on track. Additionally, his relationships with local resources (surveyors, inspectors, etc) literally saved us thousands. We plan to be in this home for a long time, but if our plans changed, Josh would be the first person I call to help us navigate our next steps.

Josh was available and very proactive from the time we first contacted him before our move, up through and even after closing. A very good experience.

Josh did a great job selling our condo. He had it priced just right, and was able to negotiate a fair deal. We also valued his advice that didn't put us through unnecessary upgrades prior to listing in order to get the desired result. Definitely recommend Josh.

Josh went out of his way to show the townhouse and meet interested parties there any time. We had a few contracts fall through from changing their minds etc and Josh stuck with it and seemed to just keep bringing offers our way for a fairly out of date, fixer upper property and we sold at a good price.

Josh was referred to us, listened to our needs, always responded no matter the time of day, did a ton of research for us, and became a friend in the process. We closed on our house over a year ago, and we consult with him to date on home sales in our neighborhood, or for questions others may have related to their transactions. He has our highest recommendation!
