Joshua went above and beyond helping us purchase our first home. Anytime we had a question or needed something he was immediately available for whatever we needed. We felt like Joshua went out of his way to explain things to us and to guide us through the process. I would highly recommend using Joshua for any of your real estate needs. We will defiantly be using his services on our next purchase.

Josh, represented us in both selling our old house and in purchasing our dream home. In both cases, we could not imagine a better experience. Josh was responsive and attentive from the moment we first discussed our plans for the future, and he immediately began working toward our goals. He negotiated a superior deal for the sale of our old home and worked a phenomenal deal for the purchase of what will hopefully be our last home. Though we looked for several months, once we decided to pull the trigger, our house sold in a day and both deals were complete within six weeks. Josh is knowledgeable, professional and an all-around great person. We can't thank him enough.

I was recommended to use Joshua through a friend of mine whom had used his services twice now. It was important to me to find someone I would feel comfortable with and could trust with my 2nd home purchase. Joshua was available from early mornings to late evenings, which eased the process a lot. I was looking at purchasing a home in Colorado Springs, CO while living in Lincoln,NE so constant communication was extremely important. He took the time to show me several homes daily via video on Facebook messenger until I felt that I comfortably understood what the area market had to offer. From then on Joshua was very accommodating to submitting reasonable offers to sellers. We had a need to move quickly, we started home shopping with Joshua the last week of March and closed on our new home on April 30th. The whole process went quicker than I had expected and went very smoothly. Thank you so much for all the help finding our first Colorado Springs home, it is truly a dream to call the Springs our new home.

My husband and I worked with Joshua to purchase our first home and I really can't say enough good things about him. He's knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and generous with his time. He is also able to provide sound advice, especially for first time home buyers like us. Josh made this real estate transaction so easy! He went above and beyond to assist me. I was not expecting the process to go so smoothly due to the fact that I was out of the state, but Josh took care of everything. He is very personable, straightforward, and was always available. I cannot recommend him enough.
