Julia had showed the highest degree of competence and flexibility in helping us to sell the house we inherited from our parents. She was very generous about adjusting terms of the contract when it would help the family far more than it would help her. I especially appreciate her ability to listen well, hearing everybody's concerns and only then contributing her advice and expertise. She is an outstanding listener, and this is part of what makes her so good. I always felt that her concern was always for us in the family, first, last, and always.

If you have seen Julia's website, it states that she "is committed to providing her clients with the finest personal service and professional representation. She takes great care in serving each client with individual attention, enthusiasm, and insightful awareness into the critical details of the Greater South Puget Sound real estate market." As a client, I can say that this was my experience- and much more. I have been truly impressed (to say the least) with how professional she was in every way, yet also extremely personable, caring and fair minded. I know there are other excellent real estate agents out there, but she is the best. I feel so fortunate to have found her (based on a recommendation from a family member and a life long friend with extensive knowledge of real estate in Gig Harbor), and would not hesitate to call upon her again for any real estate need. I don't usually write reviews on anything, but I recommend Julia so highly that I wanted to write this. Very grateful to have had her as an agent.

Julia is an absolutely phenomenal real estate broker. She is extremely smart, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and prompt with her replies. Beyond these important professional traits, she is a true pleasure to work with. I trust Julia completely. She removed all of the stress during the process of selling our home. I feel so very lucky that we worked with her! I wish I could give her 10 stars. Julia is an amazing professional and goes above and beyond to get the job done. We are very pleased and highly recommend Julia Runyan to anyone !!!
