I started out on my real estate path at the age of 22 working as a secretary in the office of McBride-Nichols Realty in Naples, Florida. I was soon promoted to bookkeeper/office manager for the company. Observing the real estate activity around, I often dreamed I could have a successful future selling real estate. I got my sales license at the age of 24 and began experiencing my dream as a top producer on the Gulf Coast of Florida for 15 years. My family and I moved to South Carolina in 1995 and took the next 5 years for myself exploring other interests such as taking college classes, teaching piano lessons & taking in foster children. In August 2000, I opened my own real estate company known as Golden Corner Realty & Dev. In a very short time the company became very successful. In 2017 I franchised with Weichert Realtors and became Weichert Realtors In The Golden Corner. In July 2023, we merged with another Weichert agency, Weichert Realtors - Shaun and Shari Group and now have 3 locations in the Upstate: Seneca, Simpsonville and Duncan. Julie went above and beyond what I was expecting always keeping well informed and giving me ideas on what might help to improve my selling my property faster. Jamie is the absolute best! She dealt with all our problems with our house sale in FL and made it extremely easy to close on our SC house. She is very knowledgeable about the process of buying a house and guided us through it with great ease, from a distance. She was very responsive and polite. If any problem came up she fixed it right away. We would absolutely use her services again and highly recommend her to everyone.

Julie was my angel in disguise while selling my brother's home. She went far beyond what a realtor would normally do for us. We needed a quick sale to be able to bring my brother back to New Hampshire because of his health issues. Things were not easy due to problems that would arise, but she dealt with them head on. She helped me find a handyman named Frank that helped with the yard. And when I was upset about finding a loving home for my brother's cat, she came through again. All our concerns were taken away because Julie is friendly, caring and knows how to get the job done. We closed quicker than we thought we would all in thanks to her expertise.
