We chose Julie as our Realtor because of her extensive knowledge of the market where we owned our home. Julie was able to refer a reputable contractor for our home improvements and she was directly involved in helping us choose paint colors, granite designs, and fixtures (bathroom vanity, faucets, etc). Julie was always available and right there with us through the entire home selling process. Juile is highly reliable and a real professional! Do yourself a favor and choose Julie to sell your house too!

Julie Bowman started out as our realtor and became a friend. She is the most conscientious, reliable, and smart person I have ever dealt with. We sold our home in Ashburn during Covid! Julie handled every detail with ease and made us feel safe. She took all the stress out of every detail and guided us every step of the way. God I just love her..thinking back after everything was done I miss her smile and everyday back and forth. If your looking for a stress free all hands on realtor please look no further..Julie Bowman is your girl!!

Gosh! I don't even know where to begin because there are so many positives about having Julie as my realtor. I'll start with that I highly recommend Julie Bowman if you are on the lookout for a new home. Julie was recommended to me by a friend, and I am so grateful for that. She lives in the area I was looking, so Julie was extremely knowledgeable of the area and surrounding areas. She is prompt in responding to questions I had, and was always available to tour homes. After she learned more about me and what I was looking for she would send me listings to make sure I had seen or checked it out. I was new at this and sort of at it solo, so Julie became someone that I fully trusted and valued her opinion, especially when I was hesitant or questioning something. She is so organized and emailed reminders and lists of all the things that needed to be done at certain, which was so helpful. You knew you wouldn't miss deadline, especially when getting closer to the closing. She became a friend to me, and I was sad when the process was over, but SO HAPPY that she was able to help me find the PERFECT house! I found JUST what I was looking for! Call Julie! You will NOT regret it! And before you know it you'll being living in your dream home!

Working with julie was great, She did a great job and I highly recommend her to anyone selling there house especially in the 20165 area code. in the time we were selling the house it was at the start of the pandemic and julie guided us through and told us to be calm. our house was on the market for two days and sold.
