We were moving from SF bay area to NoVA. We started the house search in mid April with the intention to find a house that we can close before the start of the school year preferably in the Vienna area. We got in touch with Ritu with referral from a friend. Our situation was complicated as we started the house search while being in CA and our move date was scheduled for mid-June. Ritu showed us lot of houses virtually with video calls so that we get a good understanding of the house, external lawn and backyard, and the neighborhood. She always pointed out the finer details that we need to be aware of, nicer features of the property, or the ones that may require some fixes eventually. We initially had a much wider range for the house as we were not familiar with the market condition in this area and she helped us in narrowing down the location, and the kind of property that we will like within our budget. She also helped tremendously in guiding us through the bidding and contracting process to win the deal for us. Overall it has been a great experience working with Ritu through the entire home buying process.

Ritu was very knowledgeable about the market and guided, advised us on the pros and cons of each prospective listing. Her patience in answering all of our questions and explaining the intricacies of the options available etc helped us buy our first home. She never rushed us into a purchase and we took about 9 months to finalize. She's was simply wonderful and continues to help post the purchase as well. Truly a wonderful partner in buying your home.
