Julie was introduced to us by a friend. We needed to sell our house that we had been renting out for the last seven years. We had already moved to Nashville and our renters were in the process of moving back to Arkansas. Our house was going to be empty and we needed to sell it as quickly as possible. Julie was helpful from the very beginning. She made the entire process seem easy. She did all of the work and kept us informed every step of the way. We live in Nashville, so she was even helpful in finding someone to make some repairs and a pool service to clean and close our pool. She had said in the beginning that she would treat us like family, and she did. The entire process took about two months. There were a few obsticles along the way, but she knew what to do and took care of them. We would recommend Julie to anyone who needs to sell their house. She goes over and above what is required of her. We couldn’t have chosen a better person to sell our house. We appreciate everything she did for us during the entire process.

Julie was a fantastic relator to work with. Very attentive to our requests sending multiple houses per day and readily available to answer questions or concerns. While touring the many properties, she gave us a lot of good information to consider and also gave my husband and I time to discuss and talk over properties without feeling rushed. I was mostly remote during this process, as my husband attended most of the showings, however I always felt very included and listened to when voiced my thoughts. Julie is very knowledgable about the home buying process and helped us navigate the areas of the Memphis/suburbs that would be safe and profitable for our family to consider. She was such a joy to work with and will definitely be on our radar with any future home purchases in the area.

Julie was amazing to work with in both the selling and buying process of our homes. She was always available when we needed her and was excellent communicating with us throughout the entire process. I was a bit of a cynic when it came to realtors. I even gave Julie a hard time about her commission, but 2 sales and one purchase later I can now say she earned every penny. She made the process clear when it seemed to get muddy. Such a great experience getting out of and into our new home. Highly recommend!
