Very happy to add this review and agree with all the reviews below. Having worked with Julie both as a buyer and a seller, I can recommend her without hesitation. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and responsive - as well as very warm, caring, and honest. Both the buying and selling experience were fast, efficient, and successful. First, let me say that this is the second time we have been a client of Julie Fillingham, first as a buyer, this time as a seller. I cannot say enough about what a pleasure it was to work with Julie Fillingham on the recent sale of our home. Julie has a heart of gold but will give you her honest opinion in her guidance to you on your decisions. We had a few things that needed to be done to our house, and Julie’s knowledge of the local experts was invaluable. Julie’s responsiveness and communication with us was amazing. Never left to wonder about anything. Julie has the “patience of Job” and was amazing at working with other realtors and potential buyers. We also had a contingency offer on another residence out of state, and she worked diligently with that agent to ensure that all of our deadlines in both places were met. Her negotiation skills were unsurpassed as she guided us through all of our decisions in working with the other associated realtors and involved persons. She “held our hand” from the very first consultation right through the closing with a sense of caring professionalism. Wow! We could not have been more impressed. With Julie at the helm, we were able to sell 8 properties in less than 8 months! We had multiple offers and most went to contract within days. Her knowledge of the area, potential buyers, current market prices, possible concerns, and good old fashioned 'street smarts' puts her in a advantageous position among realtors. In our search for a local realtor she distinguished herself far above the rest in her hard work to provide survey work, permits, excavation and many other things -- all before we had formally chosen her! You can always reach her, and are dealing with the agency owner, not an employee every time. Golden. Highly recommend.

We are repeat clients of Julie's! Julie helped us to find our forever home and 7 years later helped us with the purchase of an adjacent parcel of land. She is experienced, very familiar with the area, extremely responsive and a joy to work with. We highly recommend Julie!

I have bought and viewed numerous properties with Julie and have been totally satisfied. One of the things I like about Julie is that she will give you her honest opinion and never try to sell you on a property that does not fit your needs. She keeps me informed about properties that fit my needs and will work all hours of the day and night to do what needs to be done. Good gal. Lee Blatter
