Julio was VERY GREAT to work with! I worked with him to rent out a home from out of state. He went the extra mile to make sure all the paperwork was ready even right before the 4th of July holidays. He helped my stress levels instantly and was able to work with me as well whenever there were any questions about my rental application. He was very patient to listen to my situation and helped my family rent out a property of our dreams. It's a dream come true that Julio helped us rent out a place with a beautiful pool. Julio has great customer service as well and gives his clients his full attention, making sure any concerns are fully addressed. He was also accomodating me to meet a bit later than originally planned since I was running late on my out of state drive. HIGHLY recommended! A++. Thanks a million, Julio!!!
