Justin was available and helpful throughout our marketing and sales process. He did the initial analysis to determine the best asking price to maximize return while getting the home sold. After a pesky home inspection report he found the right tradesmen to do repairs quickly while reasonably. He as positive and thoughtful throughout the process. Importantly, he told me when he disagreed with my analysis which necessary to keep us on track. I would seek him out if I have another property to sell.

Justin was chosen by my dad to sell his house before he passed. It was a great choice. Justin made the process a good experience because he was professional, caring, and went above and beyond to respect our wishes and conditions. I highly recommend him.

I was looking for a condo or house to purchase in Ashland, OR, and found Justin Donovan and Ashland Homes Real Estate on the internet. I previously worked with two other Ashland realtors and was disappointed in their ability to provide important/timely information and their level of experience. In contrast, Justin always provided objective information in a timely manner so I could make an informed decision. It's obvious he works after hours and on weekends. He did not try to rush me into purchasing a home, but instead provided the positive and negative aspects of each property. Justin's knowledge of the history of local subdivisions, condominium complexes and neighborhoods was impressive. He seems to personally know many of the local builders, roofers, contractors, inspectors, HOA managers, escrow officers, etc. Unlike many realtors, he clearly has a solid background in housing construction. Justin also seems to care for his community and is involved with activities like coaching youth soccer. I also appreciate he is a military veteran with experience with Navy construction battalions. I would not hesitate to recommend Justin to friends and family seeking a realtor.

Justin is simply THE BEST!! I absolutely loved working with him to find my ideal home in Ashland. From our first call to picking up the keys, every interaction with Justin and his team was so professional, friendly, and helpful. I always felt like a VIP client and was never rushed or pushed into decisions. I felt like Justin and his team (awesome family members!) had my back every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble and he went out of his way to take impeccable care of me, especially seeing I was an out-of-town buyer. (I only came to Ashland for a few days in April hoping/intending to find a home to make an offer on. I gave Justin all my criteria ahead of time, and I was over the moon when he helped find my ideal home!) Everything went so smoothly and I am beyond happy to have relocated to Ashland from San Diego now. THANK YOU, Justin & Team. You rock!

Justin really went above and beyond helping us find our new home and sell our previous property. He helped us purchase our very first house several years ago and, when the time came to move, he was the only agent we wanted to work with. He is very knowledge about the local real estate market and helpful in every step of the way. As first time sellers, we had a lot of questions and Justin always took time to explain the whys and hows of the process. But Justin is more than just a fantastic agent; we had a family emergency come up in the middle of selling and Justin took care of everything for us so we could focus on our family. I would recommend working with Justin to any and everyone thinking of buying or selling their home.
