My ( Our ) experience working with Nick was wonderful! I ( We ) choose Nick because we Trusted him in all aspects of the process! He communicated well with us and we really enjoyed working with him! Justin was wonderful. He told us he would give us 150% and he did that. He explained thoroughly on what type of marketing strategies he would use to sell our house. He was very attentive and always accessible. Our house went on the market on Thursday and on Saturday, we had 5 offers. I highly recommend Justin and the Livian Team. They sold our house in record time after 5 other agents could not. Justin was EXCELLENT.
