My goodness, when I say I was blessed to find Kacie, I believe I was truly BLESSED. Kacie was an absolute godsend. I'm a first-time homebuyer who admittedly dipped my toe in and out of the Richmond real estate market for about a year. It wasn't until yesterday (November 30, 2021) that I closed on my first home, and that's due to Kacie. We looked at all sorts of properties—fixer-uppers, starter homes, forever homes, and even duplexes. She walked me through the pros and cons of every house and told me what I would need to know about owning the home. We went into crawl spaces and attics and everywhere in between in houses. I never thought I would learn so much about knob-and-tube. It was like having my own HGTV host with me at all times! And don't get me started on her husband, Ross, aka "Hubs," who would sometimes trek along to provide advice about a home's condition. He, too, has gone into a crawl space or two. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Kacie. Honestly, friends and family are jealous that I had such a fantastic realtor. She was even there with a bottle of champagne at closing! I'm truly thankful for my experience with Kacie, and I look forward to buying my next home with her. <3
