Kari did an excellent job helping us purchase a home in a very challenging market. She was extremely responsive and prompt with all questions/requests that we had of her. She was great about communication and keeping the entire process organized and straight forward for us. We appreciated her insight/advise throughout the process.

My wife and I were interested in Jemez Springs mountain properties. We lucked out contacting Kari. We looked at many properties with Kari. She was very easy to talk to and gave us the pros and cons of each property we looked at. We fell in love with one but with our past finances unsure if we could make the purchase. Kari suggested some ideas we could work on. With her expert professional help we were able to put everything together and purchase our dream home. Kari started as our broker/realtor and after all was done we ended up with a truly good friend. Anyone interested in a rewarding real estate buying or selling experience Kari is the professional for you. Our new house is awesome and so is Kari.

Should one be looking for property in the Jemez Canyon and surrounding area you should contact Kari Currie. I called her long distance to help sell my mother's house in Jemez Springs. It is a small adobe with a great view of the canyon. She guided me through the process via phone and had everything set up to make the listing before we drove out to ready the house for sale. Before the house was even listed she had a bidding war between two clients that really wanted the house and this is in an area where sometimes properties sit for years before they are sold. We got through the process together and made the sale before I hitched up the trailer and drove my mother's belongings back to California. Selling a house is much more complicated than I had imagined and I could not have done it without Kari's guidance. Thank you Kari.

I had been looking for a home to purchase for roughly two years and had utilized two different real-estate agents, my previous agent was very busy and I was only able to meet him on his schedule, which meant if there was a home I wished to see I wouldn't be able to see it until his schedule freed up...When I started working with Kari I noticed an immediate difference. She was always willing to go the extra mile, her time became my time. Being that Kari worked almost exclusively in the Jemez/Las Alamos/Santa Fe area, I was so impressed that she would work around my schedule to make the long trips down to Albuquerque for a more personal interaction for something that may have been handled over the phone. That is the kind of agent she was to work with, she offered a personal, knowledgeable, prompt and fun experience. It was because of her that I found such an amazing home that I now own. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a similar experience/outcome.

Kari was absolutely great to work with, she spent the time with us to help us find our way around a new area. She took us to a variety of homes to give us a good idea of what is available in the area.
