First of all, I just wanted to start off by saying thank you, Jesus! Secondly, THANK YOU SO MUCH KATE HENDY for putting up with me!! I can't thank you enough! Kate is the hardest working woman in Massachusetts who has a heart of gold! From shoveling snow to show a property for her clients, being available rain, snow, or shine, and consistently following up with feedback via phone or text! I was given RED CARPET SERVICE! Kate went above and beyond to make sure me as her client was taken care of from the beginning to the end, even if she was sick! Kate works with an amazing team and treats her clients with the utmost respect! Me and my family relocated from cross country to Massachusetts, and I was blessed to find Kate! She stuck with me when I wanted to give up, got down in the trenches to fight side by side with me when I was treated unfairly, and encouraged me every step of the way! If there was a brick wall standing in the way, Kate found a way to drive thru it or break it down because no was not an answer! I was even provided with information and resources I knew nothing about to assist me with this process. I have had my butt kicked during this journey more than one can imagine! But I can hear that sweet, friendly voice from Kate saying, "Don't worry, we're going to get you in a place!" The market in Massachusetts is a beast and much different from what I'm used to, so having an honest, caring, Realtor/Broker is extremely important! You need boots on the ground when moving from one state to another because this prevents scams from fake landlords/ sellers and being ripped off! Kate is truly a top tier real estate agent! She went above and beyond every step of the way and managed the entire process from start to finish with grace, patience, professionalism and good humor. Her staging was contemporary and beautiful and brought out the buyers in droves. She even single handedly manueavered a new vanity up the stairs so it was available in time for the plumber to install!
